1. About Us
Galleri Agneta is an online store operated by Agneta Tynander, selling wall art and decor products. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
3. Products
We sell print-on-demand wall art and decor. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color may occur depending on your screen settings and print medium.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in EUR. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
5. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our print-on-demand partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish consumer law (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Exception: Custom-made or personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at galleriagneta@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galleri Agneta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
This does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content available through Galleri Agneta are protected by copyright law under Swedish law (Upphovsrättslagen, SFS 1960:729) and applicable EU and international copyright conventions.
- Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any artwork or content from this store without prior written permission from Galleri Agneta.
- Unauthorized use of our artwork may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
