About
My Art
My art moves between the imaginary and the natural, inspired by the untamed freedom of nature and my own imagination. Working with acrylic, oil, and mixed media, I explore creativity, storytelling, and the joy that comes from making art.
Through my work, I want to express my passion for creating art, and the sense of freedom it represents. Each piece tells a story and captures a moment of inspiration—whether it is a portrait, abstract forms, or imagined creatures.
My greatest wish is that you, as a viewer, feels the same joy and sense of freedom that I experience while creating, and that my art inspires you to embrace your own creativity and curiosity.
About Me
I am an endlessly creative person with a vivid imagination. In art, I have found the freedom to explore what I love most in life. I often say that I create art to show my soul that I am listening—and that truly feels like the essence of it for me.
Early on, I attended art school and later trained in decorative painting. I worked with traditional techniques, painting furniture and interiors in the Swedish “Allmoge” style. I have completed commissioned work both in Sweden and the United States.
Later, I got my degree in sociology and I have held workshops and lectures on human rights and social sustainability. My ability to see things from different perspectives has also shaped my art—it helps me stretch the boundaries between reality and imagination. I am fascinated by storytelling and by how the human mind works. I believe we are all creative—some more than others—but it is not talent that determines how far you go; it is passion.
In spring 2024, I was encouraged to exhibit my paintings for the first time. It was a dream come true. Since then, I have challenged myself to step more seriously into the art world. It is both exciting and challenging, but I embrace the journey fully.
I invite you to follow along. My style and way of working will continue to evolve and change, and I will experiment with bold and unexpected ideas along the way. If that resonates with you—come along.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
