How We Fulfill Orders

All products at Galleri Agneta are made to order and produced by our print-on-demand partners. This means your artwork is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.


Production Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped. Production times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • Australia: 4–8 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at galleriagneta@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo and description of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
